Help. Got Banned for PVP in making a bet

Hi GM. I got banned named Hisoka IGN. HappyDN. Reason is requested by owner. I did not requested thats for sure. I got a fight in a pvp and since I cant win with this guy I tried to annoy him. I ask him to change the place for our PVP room then he said yes that if I lose i would delete my char. It was crazy talk/chat so accepted it in a joke way. 
Bets like that is too childish and I dont think Its professional to banned a player with that reason.
